Unit Award
The Beacon Award is a great way for your Unit to share Scouting with your community. Achieve the Beacon Award by performing a publically visible service project. Download the attached fyler for the requirements of the Beacon Award.
Upon turning in your application we will review your project and present you with the Beacon Award at your next roundtable, a distinction your Unit will be able to win once annually.
As a Scouting volunteer you can make a major difference in your local community. The Simon Kenton Council would like to recognize Units that continue to serve their community and promote Scouting's message through their good turns!
